1. When will I get my tracking link?
Right after you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email. We prepare orders within 0–2 business days (Mon–Fri). As soon as your package ships, we’ll send another email with your tracking link so you can follow the delivery.

2. How long does delivery take? Is shipping free?
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier, but most orders arrive within 6-10 business days after dispatch. Shipping is completely free.

3. Which couriers do you use? Where do I track my order?
We ship with trusted couriers like FedEx, USPS, and DHL. The courier is chosen based on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can keep an eye on it.

4. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, email us at support@threlt.com as soon as you can. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it anymore.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Just email support@threlt.com and include a photo of the issue. We’ll review everything and let you know the next steps to fix it.

6. How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your item - no reason needed. To start a return, email support@threlt.com. Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags attached. Please pack the parcel safely and send it with a reliable courier. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

7. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. This can take up to 7 days after approval. We don’t charge any restocking fees.

8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! You can exchange items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unused and in original condition with packaging and tags. Just email support@threlt.com with your order details and what you’d like to exchange.
