Return and Refund Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy governs return requests, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations for purchases made through Threlt. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Returns Summary

  • Returns may be requested within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
  • No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.
  • Refunds are processed within seven (7) days after the returned item has been received and approved following inspection.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Eligible exchanges may be requested within the applicable return period.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days of the delivery date by contacting support@threlt.com and providing their order number.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and accompanying materials.
  • Be packaged securely to help prevent damage during return transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from Threlt before being shipped back.

To initiate a return, customers must contact support@threlt.com. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Upon receipt of a returned item, Threlt reserves the right to inspect the product to verify compliance with this policy.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within seven (7) days of approval.

Please note that financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to the customer's account.

No restocking fees will be deducted from approved refunds.

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

To request an exchange, please contact support@threlt.com with your order details and information regarding the desired replacement item. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact support@threlt.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may utilize the return process described in this policy following delivery.

Something wrong with your order?

If a customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, they should contact support@threlt.com promptly upon receipt.

To assist with the review process, customers may be asked to provide:

  • The order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the item received.
  • Photographs of the packaging, where applicable.

Upon review of the submitted information, Threlt will determine the appropriate resolution and provide further instructions.
