Shipping Overview
- Shipping Fees: Free shipping is provided on all orders.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM MDT (GMT-6) are generally eligible for same-day handling.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared and processed within 0–2 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Following dispatch, delivery generally occurs within 6–10 business days, Monday through Friday.
Order Confirmation and Processing
Upon successful placement of an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the purchase request.
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 0–2 business days. Processing times may vary during periods of increased order volume, holidays, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment operations.
Once an order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are generally 6–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:
- The destination address;
- Carrier operations and transit conditions;
- Weather-related disruptions;
- Seasonal shipping volumes; and
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All orders qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through reputable third-party carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
The carrier selected for a shipment will be determined at our discretion based on factors such as destination, service availability, and operational efficiency. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or periods of unusually high shipping demand.
Customers are encouraged to monitor the tracking information provided with their shipment for the most current delivery updates.

Order Cancellations
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact support@threlt.com as soon as possible after placing the order.
Cancellation requests may be accommodated only if the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage. Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Where cancellation is unavailable, customers may be eligible to utilize the return process in accordance with the applicable Refund and Returns Policy.
Something wrong with your order?
If an order is received with an incorrect item, or if an item arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact support@threlt.com promptly upon receipt.
To facilitate review of the claim, customers may be asked to provide:
- The order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the item received; and
- Photographs of the packaging, where applicable.
Upon receipt of the required information, the matter will be reviewed and appropriate resolution options will be communicated to the customer.
